... Back to Portrait Photography...
Photographing people has always been a challenge for me. If possible I try to do this secretly, which results in a natural image in which the personality and authenticity are very important to me.
This is very well reflected in ethnic portrait photography, a discipline that has already brought me to the attention.
The same criteria actually apply to business portrait photography, because only a good photo attracts attention and the people will remember that one. An entrepreneur must exude professionalism, personality and confidence. However, in an imposed and controlled situation this often does not work with the very first photo.
I prefer to opt for a location in situ, on the work floor, production hall or company building. This gives greater recognisability. Of course, the style completely depends on you and you don't have to move so therefore little loss of time. Of course we assess the results together and discuss possible areas for improvement.
Usually an upright format is chosen for portraits. I dare to deviate from this and opt for square or landscape format.
